Seems like a win for both companies - Synopsys doing what it needs to acquire Ansys which will be a great long-term addition. Keysight will find ways to leverage this acquisition, as well. I'm long both companies and I look forward to many years of compounding.

I can’t believe he was paid for sometime now 47k to pump a nonprofit stock. I never thought he had any financial information that was positive about any company anyway.
