I Have stopped doing things before my own genuine needs. I am not a burden because I have spine issues, I am a warrior b/c i am still walking and complain less than others. Correct be happy with you, you are worth it. Sounds like you certainly know what to do & I commend you, as difficult to have gone through all you have. Do what suits you, as long as you do not deliberately harm others yoy can do what yoy like in my eyes. Nothing like being independent to me anyway. Be your own boss & only answer to yourself. Just trust others like you like to be treated. All the world's your friend unless they do something you do not like, so then all we do is stay away from them 😅 It's their loss isn't it?
