These quotes... all of them hit VERY hard for me. In the past, I've lost myself (during college), became an alcoholic and abused benzos, and potent painkillers, tried to commit suicide, had one incident of self-mutilation, developed OCD (I always had OCD, it only intensified a lot), severe depression, severe anxiety. Since December 2022, I stopped working with my dad on our business, stood home to treat myself, go to therapy, and recover, but I still didn't come back because, while my OCD and depression are very controlled, my anxiety is not. Staying too long at home led me to develop social phobia, Agoraphobia, and panic disorder. But, quoting these videos, I survived 100% of my worst days, and I'm still standing, undefeated. Ironically enough, it wasn't my psychiatrist who nailed my medications. It was me. And now, I feel better than I ever did since 2017, when it all started. I want these videos, I want these quotes etched in my brain so I can become the best version of myself. I feel blessed for getting to listen to these quotes while I'm only 26 years old. The sooner I learn, the longer I can use this wisdom and knowledge. This video got me motivated! I'm going for a walk. Right now. "One day or day one. You choose." I choose Day One. PS: My sincere gratitude to each and every one of you in the comment section! Be it past, present, or future! I wanted to tell a bit about my story, so people who are going through tough times or struggling with their own demons can maybe find some comfort or even a little bit of hope. Sometimes, all we need is a tiny bit of hope to keep us going. A big hug to every single one of you! Remember this: Wherever there is shadow, there is light nearby. Edit 2: In about 2 weeks or maybe more or less, I will take a huge step on my treatment. I had an epiphany on Saturday. I remembered all the tools my psychologist gave me up until now, and my psychiatrist suggested going to a rehabilitation clinic. It's not a rehabilitation clinic for people with drugs or alcohol addiction. It's a clinic for psychosocial rehab. There, I will have therapy of the most varied types every single day, like group therapy, for example. Psychiatrists and psychologists 24h and all. It's on the outskirts of the city, surrounded by nature. It's not exactly like a hospital, although it has its own pharmacy and much more. I'll be staying there for at least 3 months. I visited this clinic for about 2 months ago, but my panic disorder didn't let me stay, but I saw a young man going home that day. He had a huge smile on his face. There, they will teach me a lot. Give me tools so I can deal with the most diverse situations in life. My family is very happy that I decided to go, and so am I. When I come back home, I will add another edit here to tell you all how it went. Hopefully, I will be able to share the wisdom I'm yet to be taught.

I have literally self destroyed myself since the age of 15. I got off of everything that I was on created a KZbin channel. My mother and father did not like what I was intio because I got into yoga. Sometimes things even in one's own thoughts are not just ones as others it seems listen. To process something to understand many thoughts ideas concepts go threw. I would never invade another person thoughts nor view things that are private. I know and understand without seeing and listening helps others see who someone is if the greater good is needed. Yet if you see and hear does one understand how the one being viewed is not viewed threw another person ideas. Sometimes it seems no matter what I do think speak...is perfect, though you are on point you can't make everyone happy . In a world that has verbal you never can conform to one idea or concepts but see all views and ideas. My boundaries have been crossed the struggle is real but even harder when hindered. How does one come up when others are guided to smack you down. Yet I understand much and see alot most don't. The future is blurry as each have ideas separate from one another yet need to come together. A house divided against itself will fall. Sometimes things need to fall to rebuild. A happy life is living without others interfering. Walk in another's shoes not see what one went threw and use another's struggle for your own story because then you have no understanding. It's easy to say what one should do or needs to do Yet never have lived it. It's easy to pretend to be a homeless man or woman Yet in the back of your mind you know if it gets hard you have an out. The knowledge of knowing your going to be OK is different than one who does not know what tomorrow holds. If you truly did not know what tomorrow held life or death food shelter...the not knowing is harder. If any thoughts are not my own and others hear them have understanding in them and maybe it helped someone. Sacrifice...nobody what's to give up anything for better. When thier is nothing left to argue about then the simplest of things become a mood point. People want this and that and argue over things that does it really matter. If everything fell apart then someone's personal choices matters not. I have given many thoughts to many things and come to the thought if everything fell apart tomorrow what does anything else matter. Love,life,freedom,just the ability to live a life. People contradict each other and cause division between each other ....its not ones idea that serves self it the all of self that serves life. It is hard to remove everyone that isn't like minded and yet when everyone is like minded then you have boredom. People tend to become intune with each other and like minded and in that moment they never expand beyond then what they are around. Never seeing beyond each others intellectual expansion...conformed. I know and understand much of what was done and happened yet holding on to anger blinds a vision. People change and sometimes they don't why I have no idea I like being indifferent to others yet not becoming something against even what I might not like because the greater good out weighs a personal feeling. Had I never been set a part and hindered in my path ,maybe the understanding of how my life became as it is of my own doing not by others guided hands. Yet what one makes against you you make for you. It built me and made me stronger and I doubt anyone can control my mind and the fear of death becomes a knowing. People fear many yet what happened to faith understanding......I do not have debt because one I was not around or I took the hard way. I can see that I would've. I can honestly say I did not set this world up as it has become yet I understand. I would never create nor make things harder. Yet if other did and others with understanding made choices against their self....I try to remember their is someone in the world who has lost more hurt more and given and done without. It ,makes my own problems seem small. Yet those where just leaves on a tree that others did not concern with....to be close to the root of the tree created a hindrance. I am fair but was not give a fair chance and blamed for things that where not of my doing. It's always easy to see the worst and place blame when it took more than one or two to create what is today. Blame does not solely lie with one or two. It took many and the lack of trust in each other to let it become. Nobody deserves....people think I did this or that and I'm getting what I deserve...yet lacking understanding you did not see and in say someone deserves....then in that moment you have become the thing you did not like. You think someone did something bad to you so enjoying their pain you become instead of rising above and allowing you now have become the thing you hated. I have no idea of what all has gone on but I see choices. I love all people and know how good people can make bad choices. Oh a personal note....in love and keeping to one is not everyone's idea and if you understand who you love you understand how they are and keep that love how it needs to be kept. Never make someone be who you want or need relationship work both ways. It's not about just one but how ever many. The minute you take aways someone's freedom to live and be who they want to be they will resent you for it and hate you in the long run and you cannot make someone love you let alone like anymore. Always understand who you love and if your not equally yoked you take away from in understand and or moving forward find someone who understands and you match each other's energy and crate a higher vibration add to. Never let anyone take your peace. I am not apparently the same person as I was ...so I'm told. People change and how does one love another that one you don't remember if I have changed then that person might have also and it's hard to love another that you don't know nor are around. I don't take people at face value nor believe anything I hear. I always give doubt and trust is earned ....people have a tendency to show you who they are as in this. Mary say they love or care yet they sit and watch ....that causes me to revalue many. Is it fear ? People never have power in fear they give power . That is division and growth is never possible due to fear and lack of trust. One hand does not wash itself it takes both to wash each other. Togeather is not division. I think I have problems yet I wonder. I have lived and known freedom and peace....till I became .....a part of something I completely understand yet almost want to turn from but I was made a point of and my life turned upside down. This causes my thinking to go into a different direction. Everyone who is against is a part of . It is many and yet in number more divided and looking for an out yet needing no direction as everyone stand in thier own power so....nothing is needed from and if I could ....like everyone else....I should just sit and watch. Let things be as made. As one does not matter nor is needed if the value of something is shown then the value given is equal. Time given sand or clock....ticks life a way and people worry about personal objectives yet when thier is no time then the personal wants needs or feelings matter anymore. Grow and see trees and leaves....
