The main reason why we were together was that I met her in a restaurant by chance. And I was surprised to find out that she could speak Chinese. Later I learned that she was working in China, so we went to Thailand and Malaysia together

That's sad and I have similar experiences too. We can't really avoid to meet some people degrading other people. But at least you are there to make them feel they are not what other people think your parents are. Most Chinese are very nice people. They just have different way of expressing themselves but I think that make them beautiful.

Each time they tell u again, just answer dem dat u don't care becoz I was lavished with love by my parents. Nothing will get in between our relationship as a family. U belittle our family when u urself don't know how to respect other's people's races? What a disgust! Honestly speaking, u do not need their approval to make u feel deprived or intimidated. Just always remember dat u're far more luckier dan others who were left @ the Orphanage without a family to get home with. Be thankful dat ur being adopted becoz others were left on the streets, don't have education, abused, and molested. That is what matters most. Family is Family! No matter what race u come from. What's important is, ur respect and value for each day dat u're being wid dem to guide and protect u is a forever gift dat u need to cherish. Dat what it matters! To hell wid dem! 😠
