0:38 It wasn’t until he saw Igor’s signature that he knew who made the monster, but why assume first the doctor didn’t make the monster because of the severed hand? One would assume Doctor makes life, then the monster kills him

If the monster did kill him then where would the body be? Unless it has laser vision it wouldn't be around, the body to be clear. Point is no body, no way doctor did it. Plus, Glickenstein isn't smart enough to make it as Igor said he wasn't, didn't even pay attention to the warning alarms. He saw the hand and deduced he never did it. Looking at the plan for clues he saw it was Igor's name on it and all made sense.
