Relatively unimpressive animation for the time, no engaging characters, brain is not a good comedic relief, story is so incoherent at times, little too sexual in some parts. People also thought it was a really dark film but I personally don’t take that because other kids films prior to this had done stuff just as dark and we have seen after Igor that you can have a perfect and engaging film for kids that can be extremely uncanny and dark (Coraline and 9). It’s mediocre at most but I’d expect at least a 50 something.

Agree. I like it, Tim Burton style, I like it’s references to Frankenstein, The Fly 1958, and many others. I like it’s theme about being a good nobody than an evil somebody. The music is good too. Just my opinion.
