Very well done, not many people accept challenges like this. I also have a 1969 IH 500, where did you get your new pins and bushings? How much did they cost?

At first I was like "Man, that's slow and primitive!" but then I was like "Dang, it looks home-made!" And now I'm like "Job well-done!" Yeah, those bushings were just about broken in, weren't they?

Hey, like all the video, i am currently looking at picking up the same dozer. It's running although the oil is milky like your other video and has some ice cause of the winter. I will have to do similar and drain everything. Right track is stuck but thinking it might free up. it's been sitting for 2 years.

Really like your video, have a 500 C and have been looking for pins & bushings or track chain. Could you let me know where you purchased or did you have to get them machined. Having a hard time finding the pins & bushings. If you have any info, would appreciate. Thanks Laurie

Nice press and jig you boys built, job well done. I do not know why you had to change the pins and bushings. From the look of them you still had a good 2 to 3 hours of serviceability in them.
