Great video! Thank you for taking the time to do a walk around. I think this is the best walk around video I have seen yet of an pull type combine.

Nice looking set up for pulling a wagon along side.

I like this idea. I have a Massey 35 pull type and in a large field with long rows you either have to stop regardless to unload into a wagon spotted at either end, not enough room to take another full down and back, or have someone drive alongside halfway down the field, and I have no helper to do that. I think I'll see about making a hitch up, just need to take into account the angles involved in field vs. transport position to get the wagon position right. I might make the diagonal brace arm adjustable by using a short piece of hitch receiver tube and a series of holes drilled into the other 2" tube to allow it to be adjusted if need be.

After you fill it as full as possible while pulling it along, you unhook the wagon then top off the wagon

Thank you for this .I purchased one at auction this fall to replace an all crop 66 I sold last year (did not like the draper design ) The one I purchased has an Innes pickup head . Keeping my eyes peeled for the parts to make it a direct cut as well Hope to see how it goes next year in oats . Merry Christmas and Cheers from Ontario Canada .

It sure is fun running it. Takes awhile to fill the red and green wagons. Thanks for watching. Merry Christmas from Iowa

do you have the rasp bar cylinder or spring tooth? Looks like this could be the bean special model because I can see the perforated bottom cover on the tailings elevator.
@Blastfromthepastfarming6524 жыл бұрын
It came with perforated or solid and it has rasp bars in it which works great on oats and beans and other small grains

Mine was missing the canvas behind the cylinder and concave. I had old wide baler belts that I cut to length and fastened it to the rod with hog rings. Another is the shacker pivots.

How many acres do you farm with that setup? I have a 66 all crop, but I like your IH 80 with that hitch and no draper a lot better. How's it do in corn? Merry Christmas from Princeton MN!

I try to fill 2 wagons which is about 7 acres depending on the yield. Takes almost all afternoon to do it.

Did they come with a corn head option?
@Blastfromthepastfarming6524 жыл бұрын
No corn head but it came with a pickup attachment for windrows
