Ha ha … it’s so real about visiting sales gallery. I visited a few sales galleries and placed 2 bookings before concluded a Subsale condo. 😅😂🤣 luckily I managed to get back my deposit.

I wonder if the quality of under construction in this current period will be affected with the rising cost. Do developer/main cons purchase in advance or when needed basis?

That's a great concern Henry. Based on experience, I doubt most of the main contractors have the financial ability to stock up because they have other things to worry about such as the labour shortage and the fixed timeline to deliver.

Consider Rawang (Anggun City near AEON area) for landed property, Sean's tip drive here see full of nite life in Anggun city! 24x70 ft terrace house below 500K subsale and freehold. Road still heavy construction to widen it... It is time for me to move to KL Condo due to life style change and cut down travel time to airport as Rawang now is no longer kampung life...

Nah... ok maybe i used to be a little guilty before, but when i think about the money i need to pay, i didnt make any booking. Then now, there is no way i make booking only the 1st time i visit, and yes some agent keep pushing you says that booking fee can be refund, but i met a few good agent dont push you in sales gallery but will slowly updating you via whatsapp, which i appreciate them
