Finally we got the opportunity to check out this project that redefined density for Kuala Lumpur. Sandwiched between several highways such as MEX highway, Besraya, KL-Seremban highway and etc, combo those with the blocks of residences, it definitely feels overwhelming in first sight.
But as we discover further, I was very surprised with the very busy business activities within the project. In a short period right after VP, most of the commercial units are already occupied with various vendors from pharmacy, cafes, F&B outlets, convenient stores, kindergartens, child cares... Plus right next to the project, there are 3 schools.
I wish that the wayfinding process could be designed better. We had a tough time finding the entrance for the unit but after things got different within the internal spaces. Totally in contrast to what we can see from the outside. For those who insist to have their own home within their limited budget in KL, I can understand the selling point of this project.
This is definitely a remarkable project in terms of architecture and development.
