Sky Condo's exterior lighting treatment is really eye catching especially at night. A cluster of towering structure on a mountain glowing in blue. Damn nice leh

Finally saw u reviewing my favourite selling condominium in Puchong Jaya. Actually Tower A, C and E has fully sold lah, no more units. For Tower B & D as due to it's layout larger 1356sqft, 1410sqft and 1658sqft, that's why still have balance units, but also limited lah. But it's really a nice condominium as the density is low which 23 acres of land and 8 units per floor only, with good highway accessibility to LDP, KESAS, Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil, Old Klang Road etc, and due to it's slightly luxury price, the neighbourhood also with good quality.

Finally! Thanks for showing sky condo, I have been living in the neighborhood for few years, always wonder how's the design for sky condo. When it rains, I can see fogs around Sky Condo!

True, I lived in Puchong for many years. The landed properties has risen the most. The congestion is real , too overpopulated with all the strata developments...

Sky Condo is really the landmark for that area, driving from LDP Sunway Toll can see Sky Condo easily. If good weather can see fog hovering the towers too. I wasn't surprised of the empty units because there are plenty of buntings at the roadside (I forgotten what it says but it is about % installments to stay in Sky Condo by IOI).

i liked this project because the units are very "semi-d"-ish. the 5 towers' placement gave me a vibe that 5 gods interrogating someone (perhaps the facilities or the landed houses below)... like m vertiXX, but in a less compact scale 😂
@jylaw94952 жыл бұрын
The unit itself is nice with spacious layout. The bathrooms are nicely done. but I truly agree with Sean about the master bedroom fengsui, a big No No for a huge glass window behind the bedhead, you don't sleep well with that particularly in a highrise. IMHO, the façade design look old-style, and the light blue color paint make it look a bit like affordable homes. Nothing to shout about the design of facility deck as well. The noise from the LRT track could be unbearable, there is a huge turn from kinrara station to IOI mall station which creating annoying noise, so please take note on that. Puchong has many landed houses. With the price range of 800k and above, most ppl will opt for landed instead, and that's why it still has remaining units.

thx for the wonderful video sean.... by the way i saw u and wife and little kiddo at penang rasa sayang on week after raya 2023, said hi to your wife..... as you had already walked away, as mentioned puchong area is a tough call for outsiders, only those living in puchong will buy from this project, but i shd say very generous on the space areas and pn a per sq ft i believe the cost is lower than say kota damansara :-) cheers and hope to see u for real next time

As someone who lives in Puchong I really like it here facility wise it’s quite perfect, plenty of schools, malls, commercial lots, public transports, and a few hospitals. Of course Puchong is super dense and it’s always jam but i believe you will get used to it eventually, I would say the trade off is worth it 👍

I live in Puchong too. In overall, if you want some super good PSF freehold units, guess Puchong is the only way. But.. Its low for its reason. Puchong area definitely for family oriented own stay, kinda far away from "investment" point of view. I've seen many Puchong condo units are actually drop in price over the years, so you can imagine how hard to sell those unsold units. Puchong jam is very crazy, due to crazy dense population. Over the 10 years living here, the traffic is getting crazier, getting out of Puchong used to be only 10-20 mins but now can up to 1hr depends which side of Puchong. I'm planning to get a condo unit for me and my fiancé, but no matter how many units that we viewed with agents in Puchong condos, it is still very very hard to overcome the trauma on the crazy traffics. End up get somewhere very near Puchong but never in Puchong.

Mini market just opened at Tower B main lobby level B2 and residents needlessly drive out for quick shop of daily groceries!! Few selling points include : - 8units /floor, 4lift - Residential title - High ceiling 11ft - Sky decks at every tower provide an extra space to leisure for family and friends - Located at the border of Bukit Jalil - Puchong makes access to highway KESAS, LDP, Bukit Jalil Highway super convenient. Unsold units still have but are limited actually

Hi Sean..nice video on this condo. Think alot of the units were unsold could be due to the history of this place here. It was left abandon half way thru project by a developer before for so many years. Many years ago everytime i went past this plot of land...you can see the building was built half way and left with alot of trees and bushes..thus giving alot of people the errie feeling. Dunno what happen to all those previous buyers who booked the unfinished project. Maybe it gives a very bad impression on those people who stay around the area seeing the abandon project cause it really look errie and gives you the haunting feeling of an abandon project.

ngl, was excited to see this in my subscription feed because it's a review of a unit that I've actually been to 😂 interesting point about rental demand, because the perception was that it was an "own-stay" place, hence the reason it wasn't sold out is because investors are not keen. I guess the remaining units will be gone after this video hahaha. for the uninitiated, Puchong is huge! From Puchong Jaya (Sky Condo) to Bandar Puteri (Pulse) can be half an hour on a bad day, and that's only halfway to Bukit Puchong (Shorea). been living in Kinrara for a long time and I actually don't mind the location, but I wouldn't want to move to anywhere further south lol. sure, Puchong is jam, but so is literally everywhere else in central KV

Hi i studied in malaysia and left in 2014. I was there for 8 years. All my photos taken in malaysia were mistaken for any develeped western country. Roads had generic colored curb. Lately i notice all road curbs have been painted black and white. That is very large scope of work to pain so many road curbs . It made it look like third world countries. Zebra pattern colors on curbs are not common in developed western countries which malaysia was emulating for long time. Every where i see around the country it has zebr pstterned curb . What made the government spend so much money on this ? It made the roads in malaysia lose their developed country appeal! I thought your good to ask. May be you should make a documentary on it

I nearly bought 1 at Koi Prima back on 2015 and the selling price is RM 550k (2nd phase). Today's used market price the house is struggling to sell at RM 350k. One factor contribute to this depreciation likely due to up front huge discount, 2015 2nd phase 10% cash back and 3rd phase launched around 2017 the selling price remain at 550k but they are giving whopping RM 100k cash back.
