I love how real the acting was during the bad meeting vs how fake it was during the good meeting. Good vid though

But what if someone of the attendees looses focus very quickly or not interested or just doesn't want to be at the meeting?

The good meeting is not that great, though it has a fair script. No warmup from leader, she refers to agenda but doesn't review it or even hint at why it matters. Similarly, she gives zero guidance on what she wants and expects from the participants. Next, the energy level is constrained and phony. Finally, he requested actions are under specified as to terms of satisfaction, dates, and resources required. Weak. Please don't try to model the "good meeting" as an actual ideal.

Short attention span? Maybe we should replace the Harvard Business School guy with clowns and kitties and 'splosions!

@@c.hanley1423 I mean, it's not bad to have a shorter attention span, and I do agree that the speaker of this video is kind of bland with how he talks. I much prefer the equally-as-long TedTalk. This man knows how to talk in a way that is motivating, and he presents creative ideas for meetings. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hZbSqmaweMyHfrc
