Thank you. I found your talk spot-on. And your talk has been referenced in our 2nd year medical school curriculum in the Professional Development domain. Perhaps because I'm that video guy and because I'm at the age where family history is important, your talk resonated with me.

Perfect explanation! Simplifying something with other materials tends to make it more complex is art!

I know this is fake but that doctor is so un emotional he sounds like a robot. That’s not how you want to talk to people.

Normalizing unprofessional behavior in healthcare is very common and is also a barrier to meaningful change.

WOW! I am impressed with the young mother for having here ducks in a row. She knew exactly what she was doing and how to do it AND she brought the algorithm sheet to assist her providers which also helps to prevent double dosing or the administration of unnecessary medications . Lets not forget about the phenomenal nurse that took the time to actually teach this mother. Every one in this story is awesome I love to hear it.

What if the company is project-based for several months and all I have to gain is the experience needed for me for a career shift even if it is way below my previous salary, is it okay to accept the offer? Would there be any problems if I apply in a new company?

Emphasis on systems is the antidote for guilt/devestation/shame. I love this. We should all use our mistakes as not only an unfortunate learning period, but as a way to be an active contributor building prevention frameworks that will save others from that mistake.
