Not directly related, but there's a thing I always thought was odd that the recent grim insight into Blair's personality might explain. I started watching her videos in 2020, when we all scoured the web for fresh, distracting content. I have a background in communication, so I tend to notice people's speaking/writing quirks, and I quickly observed that she mispronounced words at least once in every video. It always made me wince, because it was clear that so much effort had gone into these vids...to take away from that through something so careless and easy to avoid seemed a shame. You know if you don't know how to pronounce a thing, so you look it up. I finally decided that she must not be consciously aware that she does this. Then this thing blew up, and I realized that ohhh, she's not just grinding away like a gamer, she's got *staff.* She has people up and down the line. So wait - none of them brought this up with her? Nobody noticed? Are they not looking at the end product? And now I finally see...the most likely answer is that it isn't worth the time and pain to criticize their boss in any way. They just nod and smile and Blair keeps confidently mangling words.

The things Blair (Illuminaughtii) said on that podcast about Cruel World Happy Mind's DM to her were completely false. CWHM never said any of things that Blair claimed that she said but at the time Blair was a much larger creator. When the conflict was supposedly "resolved", CWHM agreed to take down her video responding to Blair's comments on the podcast and then Blair stated that she would no longer be doing a live stream about CWHM. This seems like a threat to me. Then even after all that, Blair responded to another question from a fan stating that CWHM's channel is more of a gossip channel which was such a diss and a lie. Blaire's behavior is definitely unhinged. She lies and misrepresents situations all the the time. I am not a big fan of cancel culture but I do think she deserves to be canceled.

I remember the mysery box takedown having a lot more receipts but he ghosted his channel immediately so there was never a second side to that. If you've ever known a pathological liar, it's easy to see that Blair is rarely honest. It's in the speech pattern. But, I would like to give some context regarding the Misery Box situation because this video hadn't talked about the situation Misery Box was a reddit youtuber in the somewhat early days of the community. A bit after her accusing RSlash of subotting, She, Rslash, and Cuestar (If I'm remembering correctly) had found out that Misery Box was originally a KZbinr known as Jimmernam. During MB's time on that account, he was known for doxxing people, strong-arming fans into sending him money, and sexualizing children and threatening to rape someone's children. Honestly I've actually heard somewhat about what's Blair done in the past such as the tommyC and cruel world happymind situation and where she asked someone to take down a video because of the use of their art in a negative way. I regret that I didn't see a lot of these red flags coming, I thought they were fake or misinformed or just she has changed, she absolutely deserves her downfall, she is willing to lie and manipulate people around her which is completely awful, she hasn't changed and unwilling to truly apologize for her actions.

With everything going I wanted to give my two cents on a question some people have on this: Is it possible for Blair to come back from this? Short answer: I don't think so. Long answer: How is it that people like Jalyn and The Paul brothers can get into controversy and come back, but not Blair? Simply: reputation and hypocrisy. Jalyn, for all of her rants and breakdowns is mostly harmful to herself. Even her worse doings, most people take as her being lonely and closed off from others. It's not good, but we can feel sorry for her. The Paul brothers are quite simply jerks. Everyone knows that. Even they know that. Everyone expects people like them to jack up someday. Blair, on the other hand, is one who presented herself as decent and trustworthy. When her true nature was shown, everything broke for her. Because if there's one thing everyone hates, it's a hypocrite. And she's shown herself to be worse than that.

While it is still a lot compared to smaller channels, it is a big downfall for her.
