Check whether the GATE scorecard is uploaded and whether you've filled your GATE details in the section provided ? Also see if you've mentioned about any other fellowship in that case also it will overrule GATE

Sir there is only one section for national level text...I selected GATE and it asked to fill the year of exam, registration no and gate score

If you have LS your chances are pretty high If you're just GATE Qualified then also I will suggest you to atleast try your luck
