For life science only: There are 2 section for award letter 1) CSIR jrf award letter funding provide by CSIR and 2) UGC jrf award letter funding provide by UGC and my comes under UGC JRF award letter where in 4th line it says " required to get admission in PhD recognised by UGC not later than 3 years" . Please can someone explain me this and read their CSIR award letter validity

Totally agree with this thing, its really important to have practical knowledge of the lab from masters itself. Some of the supervisor in PhD just simply assumes that you have plenty of practical knowledge and you will work as a totally independent researcher.
