Sir this is the same case of mine and I opted for NISER. Because it's near to my home around 3hrs by train.I would say to go for iiser bhopal ,if possible.

Yes definitely after one year of bs ms natural sciences but there are some restrictions if you have good marks in first year then certainly you can change
