Instead of buying tablet+pencil for 50k may be we can buy vacom writing tablet for 5-6k. Also IITk provides license for office365 to students.

MTech is master's degree, PhD is doctoral degree The sequence of education is BTech >> MTech >> PhD But u can also go directly to PhD after BTech.

What is the special on phd only difference was timeline. #why the phd course duration was high? #For normally phd or PMRF phd,how to select the reasearch topic with respective our branch. Some fellows are telling you have to work on problems on India. Or the guide will decide you, what you have to reasearch. Plz make a video on that or plz comment it .
