Pl. come to know the Indus Valley people on a particular point of time migrated down south India. They were mainly traders communities. Together with them their supporters and helpers and depending technicians also moved. On their way some people settled in prospective places. The main trading groups reached eastern coast city KAVERI PUHUM PATTINAM and continued their trade with eastern countries. Now their descendants live in Tamilnadu South following their traditional practices. The places are called CHETTINADU. They are called as NAGARATHHAR meaning people who live in cities.
