Nice presentation. However, if we call WWI, a world war, it means it was NOT on only one continent. It means it was international, and all over the globe. Of course, some parts of the world were more involved than others. Yet, indirectly, it touched India. And India had to contribute. That is why it is called WWI. And we owe a lot to John Marshall for having proceeded slowly and cautiously. Even so, his discoveries were not welcomed by historians because a newly discovered civilzation of the amplitude as the Indus one, was contradicting their theories, their books, their teachings, their routine!!!!! Despite his young age, Sir John Marshall understood the consequences of his findings. He published the seals in an honest quest for more information, and he got it. That does not remove the honors due to his assistants who were heroic in their own field and problems. I totally ignored the Italian scholar, Tessitori. So, thank you for your invaluable teaching. And bravo!
