Wonderful recipe, I'm definitely going to give it a try. I didn't see the kurkuma mentioned in the recipe though, maybe 2cm? And can I use dried kaffir lime leaves? (hard to get the fresh ones around here)

Hi Laura, thanks for watching! I am not using kurkuma in the video but ginger. Is this what you mean? 2 cm would be fine. And you absolutely can use dried kaffir lime. In that case maybe a bit more to give it the flavor it needs.

Looks good. I've never seen canned tuna prepared that way. And with the amount of chilies that you put in I can imagine how spicy it was haha Edit: Just realised how long it has been since your last video. Welcome back!
