Unpopular opinion: they shouldn't have added Karen Mccormick or they should've done more with her, since they already have Ike. I don't mind Karen's personality and the scenes between her and her brother are cute, but her existence doesn't make sense, since she is six and she didn't exist until season 9, her only role is to be taken care of or she's just there, and even then, there are like 2 episodes and one game with Kenny and Karen.Meanwhile, Kyle and Ike get way more screentime together, Ike often interacts with other characters and does things on his own and he is even a badass at times. I wouldn't mind it if Karen was more frequently used and more developed. I am not asking for much, I don't expect her to be as badass as Ike or to have many episodes dedicated to her, but she could do things here and there throughout the show. Kenny and Karen are cute siblings, but unfortunately, their relationship is sort of are kyle and Ike 2.0. I get it that South Park is a raunchy satire and maybe they don't want to add Karen in many edgy situations, but come on, they didn't even make a joke about her name being Karen when Randy turned into a Karen? This show already didn't many use interesting characters as often as it should've, why did they add Karen if they didn't have that many ideas with her? It's not like Kenny really needed a morality pet, he already proved himself to be heroic multiple times and he has a very close relationship with his friends. Again, no hate on Karen or her and Kenny's relationship, I just find her underdeveloped.
