My Kmart Best Buys video got a few comments to make a similar one for IKEA!!! My first Ikea Best Buys video was a big hit so I hope you enjoy my recent IKEA favourite additions it's funny people usually have a pretty strong love/hate reaction to IKEA - obviously I LOVE 99.99% of IKEA items but there are a few things that I don't like about IKEA and I have included these in this video too :)

Hi Aniess! Another awesome video! I love IKEA too! It's one of my 'happy places' and I find it impossible to visit without buying at least something! Your home is so stylishly and cohesively put together: you make the cheaper brands look like a million bucks. One thing I'd love to see though: a few unique pieces, eg the odd antique, something picked up off the side of road, some ornament from your travels and maybe some photos you have taken yourself, the boys' or your artwork, in some of those frames. (I sometimes buy prints from IKEA, Kmart, etc, just for the frames, cos their so inexpensive and then put my own artworks in them...). Don't get me wrong, Aniess: I adore your style, organisation and ideas...but would be awesome to see a couple of personalised touches too!! How big Freddy's getting! He loves starring in your videos!

Wishing we also had KMart in Maryland USA. However, we have an IKEA! I am loving your esthetically pleasing view of your spaces. Proves the point that small spaces truly can have an expensive, elegant and so eye appealing look for a cohesive living. I have watched the many transitions in your life with your two young men. Many of us decorate earlier with children to meet also their needs but not sacrificing deco.

Oats can be like glue when doing the dishes. But if you rinse the pot/pan in cold water after cooking, it goes away super easy.

I actually found a little pot scraper on Amazon - it's intended for camping dishwashing - and it is so good for scraping oats of the pan - but you are right about cleaning without delay in general it's always much easier to do it straight after use🙌

We went to Ikea today and got a ton of great stuff. However I was quite disappointed. About half of their items on the tag where it tells You were to find it in the warehouse they say “temporarily unavailable.” Now I can understand a few things but it was literally half the store. I had to go with my 5th choice for a dresser/tv stand because everything had that on the tags. I guess Covid has really affected their inventory. But other than that we got some really great stuff we’ve been needing/wanting. My 2 teenagers got the Alex drawers and table top they’ve been dreaming about to make the ultimate makeup desks. ❤️ You are hands down my number ONE favorite KZbinr!

I know what you mean about Ikea discontinuing things! My daughter had that little round charger and I thought it was perfect but as I live a few hours away from Brisbane it's a bit trip to go to Ikea and they don't deliver. I'd thought I'd get it next time but it was gone. And the most comfortable office chair I've ever had also came from Ikea over 12 years ago. I bought one for each of us, the kids, hubby and I and they lasted for so many years. When I went to replace ours 2 years ago, it was discontinued, and I just thought, "What the ???!" All the other chairs were awful, and I've bought 3 different chairs in the last 2 years trying to find one half as comfortable and flexible.

Love these IKEA ideas. I live on Vic. & NSW border so my girls and I are planning a weekend in Melbourne and doing an IKEA haul. What type of marker/label do you use on your storage bins? Also love the mats you use under your items on small tables, they are like a place mat? You did a fabulous job on your patio, it looks fantastic! Look forward to your next video.💋

Just regular place mats under the trays - it just adds a nice little layer :) I use a few label sets from Kmart and I have a Dymo also - hope you find some great pieces at Ikea 😍🙌💫

Considering you live in a humid area it might be more prone to rust, but it shouldn't happen. I had a cutting board that split like that too and it went in the trash. I love your couch. I just relish my trips to IKEA! My version of going to church, haha! I get so lost in my own wee world, people-watching, ideas-gathering....I especially love the little mock -up houses: "Hej, we are Bjorg and Agnetha and welcome to our 30 sq metre home!" Can't leave without trip to 'Småland' restaurant for a dose of meat balls (actually, plant balls, now that I'm veggo), PLUS I always buy some to take home (along with the sauce and jam condiments!)!! Sometimes my grown-up daughter and I do a 'Kath and Kim' thing and go together, but usually I go by myself and am content wandering around...(Though occasionally I get a bit teary seeing all the happy couples, picking out kitchenwares together, and lament that my love-affair du jour is a long-distance one, meaning I'm always IKEA-img, KMarting, Bunnings-ing, etc. alone these days...)

Alongside Kmart I love IKEA too and have so many of their items in my house. In my state we only have one IKEA store which is a good hour plus drive away from me. That could be a good thing though, I dread to think how broke I’d be I’d they were too close 😟 Thanks for videos, loving them💕

The shoe rack is an old Kmart bamboo one, you can find almost identical online and Ikea have similar styles that you could use in the same way as a small shelf 🙌

I am pretty sure that IKEA discontinues it's items because they don't sell well. It's always a bummer to find out that your favourite piece of decor / furniture is no longer available, but from commercial standpoint it's the gross volume of items sold that counts.
