ORGANIZATION TRANSFORMATION - IKEA Bathroom storage solutions + DIY labels || THE SUNDAY STYLIST
Thanks for stopping by my channel and hanging out with me for another video! Today I am using three types of IKEA storage tubs to get my bathroom in order! The bathroom has been a complete disaster since we moved in as I just threw everything in the bathroom storage cupboard to sort out later 😅 with a load of IKEA tubs I already had - these IKEA storage bins last YEARS (don;t put them in the dishwasher!!!) and a new Cricut Joy labeling machine to test out I set to work to get our bathroom storage closet decluttered and neatly organised so we can easily see exactly what we have and quickly and easily find exactly what we are looking for. I LOVE how it turned out and the IKEA bins mix and match PERFECTLY!
The Ikea bins I used are Variera (large and small) Pluglis (large) and Kuggis (medium). I also had a lot of (sometimes frustrating) fun with my new Cricut Joy - the labels look super cute. Now the real question is ...what should I label next!!!

I love having an “extras” bin! I have one in my pantry, and it’s kept my hubby from buying 12 bottles of mustard. 😂

Haha yes I often see pantry clean out videos where people discover 14 cans of green beans 🤣 for me it’s body lotion/moisturising cream I can’t seem to use one up before I’ve found a ‘better’ in I MuST try 🤪 bad habits that need breaking this year 🙌🏻

Moving can be super stressful but also a great time to declutter - last time we moved the fact that it was all going in to storage I would have to pay for was a big motivator to get rid of anything that didn't add value or was a must keep!!!

I put a fabric shoe holder on my laundry door to keep the lovely Brisbane sun out but ended up using it for cleaning sprays, gloves and lots more. You could probably fit one inside your cupboard. Thankyou for another great video. Xx

I've been trying to sort through all my storage containers and supplies and declutter down to just the white Ikea tubs as they are just so versatile - I had a big clear out when we moved - sold loads on marketplace and gave the rest to friends and charity - am on a mission to be more minimal this year 😅🙌

Its looking great and very organised. Don't worry we all get caught when we first start with the cutting machine using a skinny font. Its the same with very intricate cuts they aren't worth the frustration. Have a lovely week and pats for Freddie!

I used a thick font to start with but it was in black and it looked too 'aggressive' 😅 I should have stuck with that font just in a softer colour - next time!!!

Will have to be super organised - I always have a shower before bed and the boys often do too so that definitely takes the pressure off the morning rush, and the toilet here is seperate to the bathroom which also helps (fingers crossed)!!!

You should be doing this for a job! Unfortunately, this new home I am in is the worst organisation ever but I did try & gave up! That shelf system where the toilet paper was stored on the left in that cupboard - is that from Ikea? And that planter box is brilliantly used for storing TP. I like what you found with those Kmart labels and I don't know how you found them in Kmart? The Cricut machine I have seen in Harvey Norman & I put it into my too hard basket of my brain

The shelf on the top shelf of the cupboard is actually an old shoe rack from Kmart - you can get similar at Ikea or most Kmart type stores - they are very handy for using as extra shelf storage space!!!

I definitely like it - I'm sure there must be second hand machines available on marketplace or similar maybe try that first if you are unsure 👍 the price of the vinyl adds up pretty quickly so keep that in mind too!!!

Ahhh moving can be stressful but it’s a great chance to have a really good declutter - last time we moved I got rid of so much stuff as it was going to storage - having to pay to store anything that didn’t absolutely have to stay was a great motivator to let things go!!!
