I have a white one. Got it second hand from a friend about 9 years ago and it has been in daily use in my hallway ever since. It's output is higher due to it not having a rubber coating. I use it as it's output is much softer than the LED mini spotlights the fixture is designed to use.

the regular 7 w warm white cfl has 286 lm PS.: i have the european version, 240 V so the brightness may differ from the US version

The brightness is the same here. The driver is just engineered differently.
