Good presentation, but I found it a bit odd that the presenter mispronounced 'ikea' when it was clearly pronounced in the promotional videos provided by the company. I think pronouncing the company name correctly is a really basic thing to pay attention to.

Swedish/German people pronounce it like the presenter says. US /UK pronounce it as i-ki-a. different people pronounce it different. Even their CEO pronounces it different in different countries. So I don't think it is much big of a deal.
