Shadow of War: Middle Earth™ Unique Orc Encounter & Quotes

#227 Unique & Cool Uruk-hai/Olog-hai Encounter & Quotes - THE SARUMAN BRANDED SLAVE URUK?? ORC? OR URUK SLAVE??
So there are apparently two type of slaves orc we can promote in the game one is so called "Slave" and "Branded". Slave orc can come in without the branded mark but rest assure he will get these white paints as well.
But the main question is are these white paint mark from Saruman or an indicator of Slave uruk? We have "The Hand" uruk which was henchmen of Saruman BUT they possesse these identical white hand marks unlike those white paint we saw from "Slave" or "Branded"
In the game we only have uruk so if uruk is far superior than orc why enslaving them? Unless these aren't uruk but regular orc OR there're indeed uruk-hai slave among the uruk-hai rank then that would make sense.
I'm overthinking it so don't mind me :)
