This is so easy to do by yourself! Nighthawkinligh has a tutorial for it, use a sock instead of centrifuge.

Yes but this was more than a centrifuge. It controlled the temperature and timing automatically to get the perfect consistence.

Make this at home. Grab a hoisery (thing) and put the egg into the middle. hold two ends and fling it around, then pull. it will make it spin fast enough to do the same thing without the machine

Huh, something similar was posted in the lifehacks subreddit. You get an egg, put it on a t-shirt, wrap the t-shirt around the egg like a pea pod, put elastic bands around both ends of the egg and then grab both ends and swing the egg around in circles perpendicular to you and then pull hard to the spinning comes undone very fast. Repeat. Cook.
