Great story. Great marketing. Customer service sucks!!! Paid $600+ for a canvas - it’s been 3 weeks - no order status, no tracking number and tried calling 5 times just to get a voicemail every time!

Behind the Brand yikes. It’s easy to assume what I initially commented to be true because you continue to push a clothing graphic idea, clearly not reading their obvious reaction of dismissal, and again continue to push it as if you think they haven’t thought of it. It’s clear that their business is aimed at a niche market and their answer about being narrow and deep clearly was refreshing to you, something that wouldn’t be to a successful entrepreneur.
