Just guess... maybe the public is tired of barock musicians playing the same Ensaladas over and over, nothing new. Also, this is not archeology of music, very little philology involved: it is a personal interpretation, modern, and in the end, empty like the Solisti Veneti 50 years ago. Bye Bye postmodernism, we will not miss you.
