It is totally changed now. Much, much more realistic. I play this game since the beginning, too. Not so often, like in the past, but I still play it every week.

Few 109s and 190s, around 6-7, it was not a single mission, it is a compilations.

The engines sounds are terrible, they will never improve them!

That engine is so terribly outdated, as is the flight model. It's hard to take seriously once you try DCS.

I also tried DCS, but it is more expensive than IL2. For the same amount of money spent in DCS, you get more planes in IL2. Besides, I prefer the atmosphere of IL2 compared to DCS. When comparing the flight models, I am not as impressed with the DCS flight model.

@@WolfVirtualFlyBoy Woah the DCS flight model is a lot more sophisticated. Although il2s damage model really shines. All good everyone has their preferences. I mainly transitioned to DC's. You're right though DCS is much more expensive, but there's a reason for that. It's that much more sophisticated. IL2 has almost no air physics modelled. Although IL2 Ai is def better in WWII for now.

@@Because_ReasonsI agree with you regarding the flight model. Since I don't have much experience in DCS, I can't contradict you, but I prefer to stick with IL2 for now because my main interest is World War II aviation, and IL2 excels in this regard, as you also noticed. Probably at some point, I will invest in a few planes from DCS.
