I remember how painful coughing was after my surgery - it’s amazing for how many things you use your stomach muscles for. Glad you’re doing better :)

Oh yeah, coughing was the worst! It still hurts to do crunches lol but I'll gain the strength back.

Upper Trestle creek falls is a "hike". I am impressed you did that!!

It is so worth the hike! I still love the set we did at the lower falls too, but man, upper trestle creek has to be a favorite of mine. Hope you're doing well, maybe we can collaborate again in the future

That's cool. I get compliments from the "American Booty" set. Yeah, would like to work with you again. Let me know.

@@joeklune I still love that set, and think the name is absolutely perfect. I've got my bag still for now, but I'm still open to shooting now that my health has improved! Gained back the weight I lost, and my quality of life is greatly improved. Let's figure something out - shoot me a facebook message sometime and we can plan something :) Plus I've got plenty of fun stories to entertain you with LOL

Thanks so much for posting this, girl! Very informative. I'm actually getting surgery soon, too. I am wondering if you could explain more about what it was like to get put to sleep? This is the part that FREAKS me OUT!! Like, what does it feel like? How do they do it? What does it feel like when they put the stuff in, like do you get sleepy or is more like wide awake to instantly out? Could you have stayed awake if you would have tried or is it impossible? Haha. Basically whatever you remember about that part would be helpful. Thanks so much!

It's impossible to not sleep. I actually kind of love it. It's like you close your eyes and then you open them and hours have passed. You'll be mid sentence, looking around the room, seeing all the nurses and stuff, and then you'll be out. You usually wake up in a different room, and you'll be groggy for a bit, but how long it takes to come to fully depends on the particular anaesthesia. Talk to you anaesthesiologist if you have any concerns. I've had many surgeries in my life. Happy to answer it. Best of luck to you for your surgery coming up. Make sure to treat yourself to something nice before or after. That always helps me out. I try to think of the surgery as...not happening to me. I go to sleep, I'm not in my body, I'm not being operated on. I just have to wake up in a post-surgery body, and heal.
