I definitely don't think the different wild battle themes are too similar. I have radically different opinions about the different areas. Like, the one with the acoustic guitar is insane!

Yea the Treasures of Ruin’s theme sounds eastern. The lore said an Eastern merchant gave 4 objects to the paldean king who was greedy and those items destroyed the king’s castle. Pokémon wielders had to take them down and eventually seal them there in Paldea So these legendaries have to be eastern.

My theory is that the King in the lore is AZ from Kalos. Has to be, Paldea borders Kalos

Man these new themes are amazing, that Ruinous Quartet theme hits so hard! If it's not rude to ask, are you planning on doing any non-Pokemon music tierlists in the future? If so, Miitopia has some bangers. There isn't a single bad theme in there, whether they be battle themes or ordinary map themes. If this isn't something you're planning to do, that's completely fine and entirely up to you, I dont want to force anything. Anyway, keep up the great work ❤

Area Zero's battle theme is my favourite wild battle in the series. That said, I also agree with the other comments saying the regional battle themes are more distinct than they've been treated and deserved their own appreciation.

Fun fact: AI Turo/Sada battle is just the Tera Raid theme, in minor key. Vs Koraidon/Miraidon really does feel like a modern version of “victory lies before you” from gen 5 Also, the official name for the quartet is “Treasures of Ruin” 🤗

I definitely prefer even some of the other wild themes over the titan theme, it's a really boring theme to me much like the titan fights themselves aside from the Desert and Lake ones since one was not any old pokemon and the other was a fun gimmick. Area Zero and the themes that came out of the area definitely were the biggest wins for me, they are all great. Can't sleep on the new legendary theme too.
