The day/date is wrong on that SKX t shirt. If you unscrew your left hip, you will be able to pop it out and a few turns in both directions will set it to THU 7 (then you might want to ring 999 for an ambulance)

With the price level I didn’t expect much. Not bad but there’s better at that price! Jubilee bracelet are always going to make some noise but are extremely flexible so depends what you want.

Any kind of multi link bracelet will rattle abit but as you say they are more flexible and I find so much more comfortable than an oyster type 3 link

These watches look decent for the price. I suppose the question is durability. For these prices; one coukd buy Casio - Seiko -Orient (depending on model) & those brands have a reputation for durability. Duxot has some nice designs IMO, but I’m not convinced that the value is there.

Not really, it absorbs moisture that may result in mould forming on the interior surfaces of the box over time if it is not opened for an extended period.

I just got one of these duxot watches an ascencus automatic seems to have some decent spec sapphire domed crystal compressor internal bezel milled clasp 100m water proof and some nice vintage inspired looks. Yes the bracelet rattles like a can of marbles and the lume is non luminous but it’s got some admiring looks off people and best of all it was under 100 £ on Amazon 😍

Gary, good video as usual but still struggling with the audio from the microphone clipped to your tee. Plenty of Aliexpress offerings with at least some lume and good VK63/65 quartz movements for half the price. Not impressed by any of the three even at the reduced price and certainly not at the raised price. 👎😧

Nice! Not bad I do a lot of shopping as Ashford and Discount Watch. I have considered these they look decent but always wait for their sales. I really would like to see a full review on all three maybe in one vid. IMO they all look pretty good as far as lume I don't really care that much about it that it's a deal breaker for me. These come in sizes I am more likely to wear 44mm+. I always have issues with no micro adjustments or half links. I usually end up wearing watches like those a little looser than i would like because they are just too tight other wise. As far as Jubilee bracelets are concerned I have yet to buy a watch with one that didn't have that infamous Rolex rattle! When I bought my first Rolex back in the late 70s I could not believe how cheap the bracelet felt and sounded. I was told that was the way it always was on the Jubilee it's a little better now but still sounds like a soda can full of pebbles.

I've got the vk73 big date version of the red accelero chronograph it has screw down pushers and a sapphire crystal and a better butterfly bracelet also for a racing chrono the lume isn't half bad. All for £89 off Amazon you just cannot go wrong. I had no idea the small date version was such a downgrade. I've also got a green Duxot ascensus dual crown internal rotating bezel it really is a well made watch but suffers from being about 4mm bigger than I feel it should be. Nice review.

I've seen this brand on idealworld shopping channel. A couple of them had very bad second hand stutter, at times the hand would stop for a couple of seconds, then lurch forward. Must have been really cheap movements.

Duxot was a swiss company that went bust. The chinese bought the name and started producing watches under this name. Check out the vintage Duxot 400 diver. They used to make great stuff!

Hmmm…. Not sure about any of those ones Gary. I would hesitate spending the $100-$150 not to mention $400. Very little consistency across 3 watches from the same brand (bracelet quality, clasps, etc.) and the lume is brutal! Appreciate your coverage of them however as I know watching your unboxing that I probably would not spend the money if I found them online - would be better off spending that money on a Parnis or Cadisen 🙂

The auto watch is my favorite of the three. Also, the ticking second hand of your wall clock is very irritating. I purchased quartz movements that feature a smooth running seconds hand for all my clocks. The movements are very affordable and easy to swap out.
