hmm not really, its a bit hit and miss, i think they dont really know how well a character will do, so they try to do their best, but there will always be a need for fine tuning, hence the 2 week downtime before they are available in comp.

Also it's known strategy to release new heroes much stronger for multiple reason like sell more bp, sell more skins, get new players into game, get old players into game etc. its really scummy move

To be fair, Ram was actually kinda weak on release before they buffed nemesis mode. But the case with a lot of hero based games is that new characters are either busted or unplayable, rarely are they well balanced.

I did a bit of testing in the practise range, and yeah- her HITSCAN projectlie size is significantly bigger than most other hitscans, yet she is insanely lethal and ALREADY consistent just from being a hitscan. Idk if I like that, it makes her really annoying to duel considering her small hitbox as well. Being hitscan AND having big projectiles is dumb for someone this lethal.

Yeah they removed 2cp but that's not the same at all. 2cp was based on 2 point to capture, 1 team defendes them and one attacks them... This one is basically Control (like ilios) but istead of having differents rounds with differents maps, you have a single long round with different points spot on the same map, the first who gets 3 points win.
