I think I saw in a match that the healing pylon won’t try to heal someone that’s been hit by Ana’s nade, even if they’re the lowest health percentage. It will heal someone else until the nade wears off, so no wasted heals. Maybe test that one out?

Can mei cryofreeze on top of pylon? Does meis ultimate freeze pylon? If so does it stop healing? Can a sym place teleporter on top of a enemy pylon? Can you stand on enemy pylon? Can pylon be booped? Can pylon be affected by negative status effects? Bleed Anti etc If pylon is hacked by sombra and damaged but not destroyed will it still regenerate its shields while its hacked by sombra? its a lot lol

For a niche case, it would be good to know how long a pulse of healing from the pylon will follow its target for once released. I think it could be because she’s the second hitscan without ammo. her heal beam is actually a bunch of small hit scan dots. Her gun has an ammo that’s based on activation time like Moira not the amount of healing dots she’s shooting. so she shoots faster without using more ammo and her Energy bar seperatly recharges faster following the same rules as moiras heal. Illaria heal is essentially a narrow version of Dva’s gun but you can’t see the bullets. Now I need to test if bap field and kitsune rush speed up moiras piss spray, since its actually just piss blobs she’s shooting.

I have found a really fun side effect. If Doomfist is low on HP and goes into his ultimate, the Healing Pylon will still target him while he is in is ultimate. That means you can see the exact position of Doomfist, because the Healing Pylon is targeting him.

@@samalexx5835 actually firestrike, captive sun and ram punch are melee, like literally melee, thats how they pass through shields and people (thats on melee code). the reason genji cant slash through it despite it being a melee is that ONLY a melee can pass through the petal, NOT people, so while genjis slash COULD pass through, since HE cant, he gets stuck on the petal, which is too far from the player on top to get slashed

Sombra's passive just checks if the target is hacked, meaning all Sombra's deal bonus damage to the hacked target. Yes, dots stack with both other dots and the same dots. (For example, Two Ashe dynamites will both deal separate dots at the same time on the same target) Rivet Gun's damage does not change during Molten Core. They can continue to deflect it until they either miss or deflect goes on cooldown. Antinade and Rampage and/or Bleed both stop shield regeneration. Törb being able to repair anything other than his turret is an extremely common myth. No other deployable can be repaired by his hammer.

Thing is, everyone and their mother is playing Illari right now (literally, my mom plays and she's been one tricking her since launch), and Illari is a PotG MACHINE with that ultimate. Even if you do nothing but hit the ult on 3 people, if someone else does the extra damage to kill, you're still doing like 160 damage to everyone on the enemy team, more if they chain detonate against each other. It's an absolutely ridiculous ultimate that can kill more reliably than most DPS ults. Plus, Illari can also get environmentals, her high burst healing makes it easy to get saves, and her damage style makes getting Sharpshooter plays a lot easier. TL;DR you're seeing Illari plays because she's fucking broken and does too much damage. She's launch Brig 2.

the game doesn't expect supports to make big plays so when they do it gives them PotG. Other supports have been tuned down, like Moira and Brig, so that they don't get too many PotG's. Earlier in OW2 I was getting potg like half the time with Brig, but now it's a lot less.

Even though the projectile itself passes through, Lifeweaver's platform can block the initial explosion of captive sun if its the ground beneath the platform. So if Illari fires her ult at you from far enough away and you can manage to get up off the floor fast enough on a platform, you may be able to avoid being hit by the explosion and save yourself from getting sunstruck. Life grip also prevents an ally from getting marked, even if they get hit by captive sun during the life grip, which is odd because effects like anti and earthshatter still get applied while only blocking damage.

i guess the problem is how dva bomb works probably. i dont know if you saw that nice highnoon vid from marblr which these 3 LoS Checks. Maybe if the pylon hides every of these 3 LoS Checks it will not kill you

Weren't like half of these covered in the initial video? Line of sight through a barrier woth the pylon Healing through targets with the beam Healing through enemy barriers with the beam Deflecting the Healing pylon Phasing/going invincible to cleanse sunstruck Kind of a waste of time but whatever Gotta get that video past the 8 minute mark somehow huh
