Piracy acted as a security buffer against illegal fishing in somali waters......now illegal fishing is back in somali waters.... Not surprised but the Naval patrols not addressing the issue as part of their mandate is a problem.... for greater stability and livelihood for many somalis who depend on those waters.

would be better with evidence of the illegal fishing, photos, names, graphs with tonnage etc.

Neither do I. I was suggesting the report would have more impact if it included the facts. If you could not detect the inference of support in the use of the word 'better', even a Dalmatian could not help.

i can see why you hate white people, but if you think i have it any easier , you are mistaken. I also do not disagree that Europe and then USA has made Africa a mess, or a bigger one than it was. But I also know two other things. Some whites did their best to to stop slavery in East Africa - and died doing so; and - regrettably, since decolonization the leaders of the African states have proven to be as corrupt if not more so than anyone else.
