It kills me how a person lashes out at the tow driver because they tried to cheap-out on a $5 parking fee and it's now costing a towing fee that is like 15 times that amount. I can understand being pissed off. Be pissed off at yourself! Paid parking kinda sucks but if you're out on the town with your wife spending 80 bucks on dinner, drinks, etc., is $5 for parking a crisis? Save a lot of heartache and just pay it up front. Rules of conduct when an illegal parker is caught and in the WRONG.... 1) Blame someone else 2) Deny seeing the sign that you parked in front of 3) Use abusive language on the person who is doing their job 4) Delay the person who is working, and, unbelievably trying to help you even after tactics 1-3 didn't work 5) Call them names 6) Threaten them 7) Make a false claim of assault against them 8) Physically assault the the tow person. First, I very much enjoy your videos. Jeff, you seem to be a great guy who truly cares about your "customers" vehicles. You seem to have a good heart, and give back to the community. You provide a community service and don't do it robotically. I only use the term "seem to be" because I don't know you. But based on what I've seen of your videos; and I am a subscriber, and have watched many of your past videos since I discovered your channel; you are a kind and gracious man who truly cares and takes pride in what you do. And you do provide a community service that is often perceived by those who break the law as "nefarious", or a "scam", etc. I just hope that your kindness toward the owner of that vehicle doesn't encourage others to act a fool to eventually get what they want; which was a free drop fee. Kudos to you for being the bigger man and not beating that punk a** bit**es a** to the ground for acting the way he did. No reason to take his mistake out on you for doing your job. You're just a hired hand called to do your job. NEVER OK to take it out on the driver of the tow truck that is called to take care of one's mistake. I know it happens now, but it shouldn't. One should own up to one's mistakes and pay the consequences. I hope she realized and saw who he truly was and he lost her as a consequence. Because the way he acted will surely foreshadow his life. You, Jeff, shall live and exemplary life and be a beacon to all. KUDOS!
