Hold my beer. I got this. Just so some of you know….. I am a local owner of another company. Jeff is one of a couple companies in this area I will recommend. Just this month I called him on a Sunday and with in an hour he had driven out and fixed one of my customers car. Saving the customer both time and money on their last day in Gatlinburg. Everything Auto is the most respectful companies I have seen when it come to private property towing. Thanks for the image you are giving back to our industry. If it was about the money and getting everyone they could…… they would patrol lots and wait for someone to park and leave.

Well said. I live about an hour away from the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, and it's great to see a tow company stay as respectful as Jeff and his wife are with the people they deal with. Most of the tow companies don't give 2 craps about you or your issues, just the money. They should be thankful for the respect that Everything Auto gives to them.

Catches a ride with a police officer and changed her tune when she was talking with you at the gate with the police officer present. Then unfairly rated you on your business page…failing to mention that she didn’t read the sign that was clearly present and chose to park illegally. I have watched your videos for several months now. I'm a widow and I'm home alone a lot so they help to entertain me. But you and your wife are nothing but kind to all the people that you have to tow or that have to come and get their cars from you. You're never rude or hateful to them . I thought she was actually kind of cordial and respectful when she met to pick up the truck. I'm sure the majority of people aren't real happy on the initial call to the towing company, even when they know they are in the wrong, and in this case it's not very clear she IS wrong.

Thank y'all for such a great channel. I love watching the illegal tows. Of course, I do recognize the attitude of entitlement, having worked for 2 airlines and as an insurance agent. There is absolutely no reason to try and trash someone's livelihood, just because YOU made a mistake. But that's our world. These videos are a great reminder to be kind, patient and understanding.
