She does a little of that head voice here and there but this definitely is the most she's done it. It sounds beautiful.

Yes! Great reaction. Saw them in September and it was the best show I've ever attended in all my years! The sound was on point, her vocals were amazing and the band is 100% professional and beyond talented. I think my favorite live track (it's so hard to choose!) was "I Speak Astronomy" - literally goose bumps out of this world.

This is really next level Jinjer, Tatiana’s head voice is outstanding. I don’t think that there is anything that she can’t sing. They have a knack for being able to blend different types of genres of music that no one thought could be compatible.

As people have already mentioned the Green Serpent is an Eastern European metaphor for alcoholism. Tatiana has posted about her sobriety as well as giving interviews about it. It takes strength to publicly acknowledge one's problems. Great respect to her and the band for that. I think you would really like Tatiana's latest collaboration with Spiritbox. Great reaction as always.

Nice to see you back to Jinjer! Just FYI, the audio from your mic is only coming through the left speaker (music is properly stereo). This is quite possibly the most accessible, hookiest song Jinjer has released to date, and yet it retains that Jinjer identity, which is pretty near miraculous. these are some of my favourite vocal melodic lines from Tati, & I love her extensive use of her *gorgeous* head voice to hit highs in this piece, a part of her vocal repertoire that we've heard very little of before now. The section with the combined guitar & bass tapping with great tom drum groove is incredible, & I love the Opethy outro. Even the stripped down, simple chuggy riffs in the last two heavy sections are a welcome addition, as Jinjer fans usually have to struggle to head bang to Jinjer's weird rhythms & unusual, shifting time signatures (which I also love, of course). This is a *great,* *beautiful* song, an instant Jinjer classic, IMO. I believe that you've missed 2 of the singles Jinjer has released for their upcoming album: "Someone's Daughter" Official Music Video, the song is pretty heavy with a melodic start and a brutal end. "Kafka" Official Lyric Video, the song has a somberly heavy, melodic start that builds into shear brutality with a lot of death metal flavour. The lyrics are very cerebral, borrowing heavily from the works of Franz Kafka, and the song was released around the time of the 100th anniversary of Kafka's death.

Thank you Hemlock for pointing out my mic sound, I have a new set-up, ugh....I did notice that way after, I'll fix it. And I agree, Tati just keeps getting better and better, it's almost impossible but she somehow does it.

"Feels like an improvisation" made me chuckle. Tati sometimes arrives at the recording studio with just the bare bones of some lyrics & improvises with input from the band. So yes, very fresh!

lol Green Serpent is metaphorically referred to alcohol in russian. Bitten by green serpent in slavic tradition is symbolic of alcoholism and the depths of intoxication/addiction.....as for the song, the opeth outro is cool. Middle LOG breakdown is cool. Also kinda sounds like an angular proggy album cut on first listen, but quickly turns out to be a banger.....also tati looks hot here 😂😂 Jinjer - Audiotree From Nothing (Live Performance) Jinjer - Someone's Daughter (Official Video)
