I know there is a lot of effects like autotune etc but Tom has an incredibly unique and beautiful voice on this and some other stuff. He is never going to be some pitch perfect X factor winner, but his voice just has so much emotion and character in it, and most importantly he is a melodic genius composer/songwriter.
