no camera which is good. I realised I was a speedster haha but sometimes there are police but only on the city centre.

Are they strict when it comes to renting? I have a provisional UK license which means I can drive up to 125cc in the UK but I'm unsure if they will accept it.

They definitely won't accept it. And you need a CBT to ride a 125cc on the road, a provisional licence does not let you ride a bike without a CBT.
