This was a great day out and I do have a fancy watch that measures distance as well as tracks where, it doesn't do blood pressure but does track heart rate. Hi and thanks, Paul for having me at the premiere. With your and Christine's voices and laughs, I would say this hike is very lovely, especially since your breathing was rather calm and relaxed.😅OMG, you always climb up to the sky----2;29, 3;21, You have outstanding images as if they were paintings--- 2;34, 3;39, and so on. This is adorable---4;31. I always like this part, touching the top of the piled rocks---4;27, 8;33, and of course, the panorama view footage from the summit is gorgeous. Like the creative time-lapse view. The shadow of the clouds is incredible.--5;17. Spectacular!!!---12;40. Well done. Another successful video. 🙋‍♀🙋‍♀🛶🛶

Everyone should have a Christine when hiking in the lakes but what a same the weather pulled in for you. Absolutely stunning views on the way up to Illgill Head and good to see the views had opened and the rain had stopped. I always love a shelter on a summit and what a better place to get out of that wind and take in those awesome views. Great 11 mile walk and as it turned out, in great weather too, cheers Alan

Yeah Christines comes in for some cheek in her second home...the Lake District. The weather came up trumps just at the right time. It was a brilliant walk for the outstanding views. It's one I hope to do again some time in the future. Thanks for taking time to watch and comment 👍 Paul

I'm no hiking expert really, just fortunate enough to live quite close to the lakes and make Paul jealous by getting out into the mountains pretty often. I only sub to 2 channels .. guess whose haha .... keep thinking I will bump into you in the mountains one day, but not been lucky enough... so far!! This was a great day out in the hills and the views were spectacular. Most of the climbing was done once you'd got to the first summit. And I guess you wouldn't know you could do it until you tried. Stunning walk Paul. Love it up and around there. Beautiful Timelapse across Yewbarrow The views down the Screes are stupendous aren’t they. Not to mention across the Irish Sea to the Isle of Man. Probably my favourite place in the Lakes😍😍😍 We once hiked across the Coffin Route to Eskdale out of Wasdale past the old Shooting Lodge at Burnmoor Tarn. There’s a legend about a woman who haunts those hills looking for her son who died. It's a great part of the lakes Dave. The views on this walk did have the wow factor for me. I hope to be back to do it again some day. And great story. The mist and clag does sometimes give places an extra dimension. I may need to do that route or part of that route when I go up to Slight Side and Scafell. I plan on going via Eskdale for those tho. Never started a hike from their either, did seem nice and quiet for you both! Very atmospheric day, glad the rain and wind held off for you mostly! Incredible views and time lapses from the tops! Great place to grab a good instagram shot! Music just spot on to pair with those views! Lovely shot of Great Gable from that angle! All new fells to us! It’s definitely an area we need to concentrate on at some point, thanks for highlighting the splendours of this area! 👍

I've started 2 hikes out of that car park (free as well) now and the classic one is the scramble up to Yewbarrow on the way to doing the Mosedale round. That's another great day out with awesome views. I'm glad the forecast came good and sun came out to give us those spectacular views. I like your videos and photos a lot! I have a bit of time actually and am watching the third in a row. ;) the quality is quite good, music is superb and not overwhelming, everything is pretty good. Shouldn´t take long for your channel to explode. Its really calming but exciting at the same time. Well done Paul.

Thanks for your kind words, they mean a lot. I tend to choose the music by the same guy. I've been told I have a relaxing voice but I'm not sure about that ha ha. I will say tho I don't get flustered very easily which does help when you sometimes find yourself in a bit of a pickle in the mountains. The channel growth goes thro fits and starts. Main thing is I enjoy hiking and making the videos. I'm hoping to improve them a little over time. Thanks very much for taking time to watch them.
