It still feels a bit stupid, but remember that night elves already fought demons before. Furion is 10000 years old druid fanatic and Tyrande had no time for such a dialogue, considering that the entire world is on stake. Anyway, I hate WoW :( The entire game is just about mindless boss grinds instead of lore content :( I wish I had another story line.

man... warcraft 3 had the best RTS animation EVER, in fact probably some of the best animation ever in a video game. Excellent sound effects with smooth weighty animation. Look at what they've done with crap like Heroes of the Storm, Starcraft and Diablo 3 makes me sad.

+GyariSan Starcraft 2 has the best animation(in an RTS) I've seen. Especially the animation of the terran units when attacking air units, death animations of all three races (though the Terrans has the most variations. While the Protoss doesn't have much). When it comes to effects Starcraft 2 is better especially the detailed ranged projectiles that hits the shields of a protoss structures and ships. Sound effects though, I'd go with Warcraft 3 and the expansion because the sound effects comprehends well with what melee units hit (my personal favorite are the chopping sounds against anything metal. The sound oddly seemed so exhilarating to me)

There's no reason wow should have hurt the story. They had everything going for them. Ppl mostly enjoyed the story at least til wotlk but they made a lot of weird choices and it became villain of the week/xpac instead of writing the best possible story. Also removing most of the hordes bite. Most major villains are dead. I do have hope now that metzen returned and they're planning ahead multiple expansions. We'll see

He never says things of the likes of "I'll pretend to defect to the Legion", "I'm making a new Well of Eternity because we cannot afford losing Arcane magic", "I'm going to use this demonic artifact to give the Legion a taste of their own medicine", "I'm going to use this other demonic artifact to destroy the Lich King" and so on.

heartbreakmanNo1 The reason why is because eredar lords are so powerful that they need to be summoned through special rituals to have their full power in Azeroth. I am not sure about outland, if he merely projected himself or if it was him in Outland. At the end of the second WoW expansion we stop him from being summoned. Him at a fraction of his power was at that time the hardest fight in the game.

heartbreakmanNo1 I will add that only one eredar lord has ever been summoned into Azeroth after Archimonde in WC3, and his name was Jaraxxus. Although he was summoned probably into the worst possible place, considering he was in an arena with a coalition of the strongest mortal fighters on the planet including your raid and the ashbringer.
