So for carbon dioxide occupying 0.04% of the atmosphere, the Governor needed to create additional legislation to create the STRONGEST legislation in the nation? That’s all this governor has done is create more laws! This legislation is beyond what the EPA already requires. And what does “climate” and “equitable jobs” have in common? All I see are companies and jobs uprooting out of the stranglehold called Pritzker’s Illinois.

The fossil fuel industry must begin to pay their fair share. They don't pay for the externalities of their flawed product. The rest of us end up paying for climate change and air pollution.
