Legend Alex. Got smashed by COVID for the first time only 3 weeks ago. It was hell and with all the nasty symptoms . I'm fit, but energy took a long time to come back. COVID is not selective and we all need to rest first, then ease back into exercise. I remember seeing this session a few months ago and saved it away. Glad I did. This session is perfect for those recovering.

Unbelievably virtually a year since I posted on this session, and I'm recovering from a week long virus. Came straight back here to start the rehab!! Thanks again Alex.

25 days ago I had septoplasty & turbinates surgery on my nose. Recovery has been painful, challenging and lots of fatigue. My first workout this morning using this routine. What a god send Alex. Thankyou sir. Probably a few more of these before I’m back to peak energy!!!

This is right on time for me. I suddenly got sick three days ago and now that I'm feeling better I wanted a workout that wasn't intense but would get me back on track.

This was a seriously time appropriate routine. Ur a master Alex. Hope you get well soon. Oh, btw, you have any tips on how to fire your quads after hip and knee replacement? Having a helluva time strengthing the surgically repaired leg, its comical how my one leg is so much thinner than the other. Ive been trying for a year now and i just cant seem to get the symetry im looking for! Anyway, thanx Alex be well.

Glad to hear that Eddy! Just keep going, building the leg strength up gradually with lots of bodyweight exercises, maybe my easier leg days will help!

Well, it can certainly be part of the overall mental health plan, but I would definitely look after your mental health through an overall wellness approach too ☺️
