@@AlexCrockford I mean a complete series of shoulder days or arm days and so on to programming the whole week. There are just some dumbbell workouts for some parts of body not for each part specifically It is so hard to schedule for dumbbell workouts by ur chanell at least not as well as ur hiit training Alex 💖
