How do you adjust for door sweep to be installed ? The bottom of door is too tight to install. That's after installing the clips at 8" & 70" based on instructions. The door sweep is too close to tile to install!

why don't they put sealant in the holes where the brackets are installed in the tile?

Yes it makes sense to me to seal the holes.
