A bit of advice, if you want the blue to be glowie then you should make the blue a high contrast on a slightly dark background and intensify the white a little

Orihara Izaya thank you so much! i mostly use the airbrush and brush tool but heavily edited to match my preferences. And i have a custom brush made solely to blend things in while still making it look two-dimensional. I'll post a video in the future where I talk about my brush settings so you'll get to see them there!

How big was the canvas size you used? Also, did you do the sketch in SAI as well before lining/coloring? or did you do a traditional sketch then transfer it to SAI to line art?
