A quality, sophisticated slice of Modern Metal. What it lacks in a hook it makes up for in being start-to-finish glorious. I loved the vocals, the flowing melody, the smooth interchanging of movements, the arrangements and a production that gives a great listening experience. It left me wanting it to be longer. A must for the Prog/Modern Metal playlist. My Score: Very Good 4*

Trop impatient d'entendre ce que nous réserve ce groupe talentueux. Les derniers morceaux sortis démontrent déjà un groupe très au dessus de la moyenne dans ce genre musical que nous adorons. I just watched music video by ILLUMISHADE! Their song is nice! Great instrumentals & vocals! The lyrics are gnarly there! :D The video is all good to me. The fog (from crew's Fog Machine) is cool, the lighting & camera movemen w/ video shots are a PLUS! :D The costumes arw enchantingly neat! The crew members did a terrific job making music video with ILLUMISHADE! Bravo! 👏

The vocal start of the chorus is a great hook, and the 7/8 pattern for the second verse is sneaky. I also really like the effect on Fabi's voice coming out of the solo; it's a small thing but adds a fitting edge, especially for that part of the song. Well done, Illumishade! This really rewards going deeper (no pun intended) as a listener. 😄

This is the best song i´ve come across so far this 2024, it´s by far my favorite song from Illumishade! Can´t stop relistening to it, it has so many details, it keeps being interesting after so many replays, it must have been so hard to push the complexity to the max without ruining the melody, balancing the catchy melody and all the instrumental spice, the vocals are so good!, it´s awesome when bands achieve this kind of songs, keep bringing us this kind of music please!
